• The complexity of the background depends on the client's description. I can adjust the complexity of the design according to the client's preferences. Therefore, it's best to specify the details of the background before I start sketching the design.
• Clients should supply example images or detailed descriptions of desired poses and specific facial expressions or emotions.
• Clients must indicate any props, accessories, or special features they want in the artwork. Specific details for outfits or costumes should be provided.
• By commissioning artwork, the client agrees to provide all the required information and adhere to the terms outlined above. By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms:

❤︎ GENERAL INFORMATIONThis commission is for personal use only. If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes (such as merchandise, branding, or monetized content), please [contact me] to discuss terms and pricing beforehand.Please provide as many references as possible to help me understand your vision clearly.The estimated turnaround time is 1 to 3 weeks, depending on my schedule and the complexity of the piece. If any delays occur, I will inform you as soon as possible.I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time before work begins if I feel unable to deliver the desired result or if the request involves content I am not comfortable drawing.All prices listed are base rates. Additional fees may apply for:
– complex backgrounds
– detailed designs
– extra characters, animals, or props
– other special elementsThese will be discussed and agreed upon before finalizing the commission.---
❤︎ COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIPI retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork, including the right to reproduce, display, and use the image for promotional purposes.
The client is granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes only, unless a commercial license has been agreed upon.You are welcome to share the finished artwork online, but proper credit must be given to me as the artist. Please tag or mention me when posting.I may share the commissioned artwork on my social media platforms or include it in my portfolio. If you prefer that the artwork not be shared publicly, kindly inform me before the commission begins.I also reserve the right to use any of my designs—including commissioned pieces—for promotional content such as banners, advertisements, or marketing materials.I DO NOT PERMIT THE USE OF MY ARTWORK FOR NFTS, BLOCKCHAIN-BASED PROJECTS, OR AI TRAINING AND GENERATION. I AM STRONGLY AGAINST THE USE OF MY ART FOR AI-RELATED PURPOSES. IF I DISCOVER THAT MY WORK HAS BEEN USED IN SUCH A WAY, I WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT ANY FUTURE COMMISSIONS FROM YOU, AND I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.---❤︎ REVISIONSYou may request changes during the sketch phase. I will keep you updated at every stage so you can review the progress.Minor changes (such as small color adjustments, expression tweaks, or detail edits) are still acceptable during the coloring stage.Any major changes (such as pose alterations, background redesign, or significant character modifications) requested after the coloring stage will require an additional fee, to be agreed upon before implementation.---❤︎ PAYMENTSPayment methods accepted: PayPal only.Payment terms:
You may choose between full payment upfront or a 50% down payment.
If a deposit is made, the remaining balance must be paid before the final high-resolution file is delivered.Payment deadline:
Payment must be completed within 7 calendar days of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the commission will be automatically canceled unless otherwise discussed.Once payment or deposit is received, I will begin working on your commission and send you a sketch for review.Refunds and cancellations:
Strictly no refunds after payment has been made, unless I am unable to complete your commission.
If the client cancels after work has begun, any deposit or partial payment made is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort already invested.---❤︎ DELIVERYFinal artwork will be delivered in high-resolution PNG or JPEG format via email or Google Drive link, unless otherwise agreed upon.Source files (such as PSD or layered files) are not included in the standard price unless specifically requested by the client.---📌 Upon payment, you agree to the terms above and/or any additional terms we have mutually agreed upon.
